Build an OPC system for a real-time industrial application
Our industrial services customer needed real-time data sharing that was compatible across many devices. By using OPC connected with Unified Automation's modbus drivers we were able to provide real-time data connections between a multitude of hardware sources and the command and control software system.
Development
- Implemented an OPC system with over 150 devices and over 100,000+ tags
- Leverage Unified Automation's OPC SDK to monitor, read, write, and subscribe to OPC data fields
- Dynamically build and adjust the OPC tags as equipment becomes available to system
